Off the clock, you might catch him perfecting his bowling strike – aiming for turkeys both in business and on the lanes.

Yi Loong keeps our DVS family in sync as he manages Human Resource (HR) matters while bringing his expertise from his directorship at Wee Tee Tong Chemicals Pte Ltd, a respected name in composite materials. With a background in Mechanical Engineer, he balances business operations with a love for nature, history, and a bit of chemistry (pun intended) in how he blends teams to deliver seamless workspace projects across Singapore. Off work, you might find him chasing strikes at the bowling alley or lifting more than just team spirits, at the gym.

Fayne, our Business Development Manager and powerhouse, leads Research and Development (R&D) while ensuring our workspace solutions stay ahead of the curve. Jowy leads marketing and co-manages R&D at DVS, combining his Ph.D. in Public Health from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with his lifelong interest in science and ergonomics to advance healthier, happier workspaces. A serial hobbyist (but proudly unable to do math), he translates complex concepts into practical ergonomic workspace solutions that improve health, productivity, and quality of life. At DVS, he ensures our message of Reimagining Singapore’s workspaces reaches the right audiences, helping more businesses thrive in environments built for people. His interests range widely – from botany and marine biology to cosmology and physics, and, quite strangely, to Chanel. (He can go on and on about Chanel and is sometimes spotted wearing some too.)
